- By-law No. 28/2010, to open Henderson Highway south of public road, Plan 9076, (Chief Peguis Trail) and close part of public road, Plan 9076, (Chief Peguis Trail), east of Henderson Highway
- By-law No. 29/2010, to open the west side of Osborne Street, north of River Avenue
- By-law No. 33/2010, to fix and impose taxes to raise the amounts required in the year 2010 by The Public Schools Finance Board of the Province of Manitoba for education purposes
- By-law No. 34/2010, to fix and impose taxes to raise the amounts required in the year 2010 by certain School Divisions for school purposes
